Product Description Tinning is the process of thinly coating sheets of wrought iron or steel with tin, and the resulting product is known as tinplate. Tinplate consists of sheets of steel, coated with a thin layer of tin. Before the advent of cheap mild steel the backing metal was iron. While once more widely used, the primary use of tinplate now is the manufacture of tin cans.

Hot rolled coil-->Acid wash-->Reciprocal rolling-->Degrease-->Annealing--->Trimming-->Rectify and level--->Tinning-->Coil-->Horizontal cutting-->Sheet--->lab-->Loading-->Waste water treating
Acid washing: Remove the oxide and rust attached to the original plate, to achieve a clean surface suitable for tin coating.
Degreasing: Remove grease and other foreign bodies adhered to the steel plate during cold rolling.
Annealing: Release stress and increase material ductility and toughness.
Trimming: stress-relieving platform, partial improvement of shape, and tin plating surface state with appropriate hardness.
Shearing and Slitting: adhering to the customer requirements to open a flat section of the customer's required size which leads to convenient processing.
A combination of machine instrument testing and manual re-inspection are adopted. Quality inspectors have more than ten years of experience in quality experience.
