Our raw materials are selected from the best materials in the market, and our suppliers are all well-known enterprises in the industry.There are two kinds of materials for the bottom cover, tinplate and black plate, both of which are from Baosteel and SHOUGANG GROUP, which are the largest and most modern steel joint enterprises in China, providing us with high quality and guaranteed iron materials.

Cold rolling and hot rolling substrates followed by acid pickling, oil removal and a series of processes, to obtain suitable coating clean surface, get high quality substrates and tin materials, but also for subsequent processing coating provides a high quality foundation.

As a result of environmental protection to promote water-based paint, now the use of double-coated substrate manufacturers more, but tinplate compared to the substrate, has a stronger corrosion resistance, light permeability, made of the bottom cover can better extend the service life of the coating. BOPET film with surface adhesion is purchased from Sanfangxiang group. Compared with other films, BOPET film has better barrier, heat resistance, high strength, good rigidity, transparency, high gloss, colorless, non-toxic and other characteristics.


The equipment for lid making is blanking punch, molding punch, rubber strip machine, cover injection machine.

And for bottom making is blanking punch, molding punch, round edge injection machine.

The all-in-one rubber strip/glue injection machine independently developed by our company can be used in the same machine as the automatic rubber strip loading and glue injection, which greatly saves time cost , resource cost and higher efficiency.

With glue injection on the cover, an additional set of glue drying room is needed, which can quickly dry the glue and shorten the production cycle.The glue drying equipment of the cover is generally called gas chamber. The glue is dried and foamed in it, and the temperature is maintained at 200-220 degrees Celsius to make the glue foamed successfully.

The drying room has the characteristics of stable temperature, and the foamed glue injection strip also has better elasticity.

The bottom can be dried by equipment or left to air dry. The glue drying equipment at the bottom adopts electric heating and drying room, the temperature is kept between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius, the use of drying room, can make the glue drying quickly, good stability,and no bubbles.

General production control for lids & bottoms

Size control for lids & bottoms

Drawing of standard workmanship,mold of precision;measuring with caliper or depth gauge in strict accordance with customer's requirements.

Manual inspection is conducted in all links;inspection of semi-finished products and finished products. For lid height, outer diameter, inner diameter, counter deepth and other dimensions, are strictly controlled within the range of customer requirements.

Surface control for lids & bottoms

The finished product is tested by naked eye observation method, which is 0.5m away from the product under the fluorescent lamp.

The inside and outside surface is clean, flat, without color difference or edge curling.

Surface scratches/indentation

Control in the production process ---1) ensure the lubrication of the mold is in place, 2) check whether there is a gap between the mold and the raw material ,too big or too small, 3) during the conveying process, check the parts regularly which have direct contact with the iron surface in the production process, such as punch press, punch, conveyor belt, upper and lower die core, blank holder ring, forming outer frame, and so on, to keep the iron surface highly smooth and free of foreign matter.

Surface film falls off

First of all, grasp the control of raw materials. Qualification inspection of raw material in storage after entering the factory. The biscuit of each roll of materials are inspected, to ensure the quality of raw materials coating qualified. Strictly control the production process, check the machine regularly, do not touch the product arbitrarily.

Film adhesion

Mainly lies in the raw material laminating qualified, followed by the random inspection of semi-finished products in each production process.

For this purpose, we usually take the following sampling tests:

1) Sampling inspection of raw materials arrival, take the destroy cup crown test, observe whether the film is broken or separated from the plate.

2) After molding, take the secondary destroy cup crown test,to observe whether the film is broken or separated from the steel.

3) Acid and alkali brine test (sodium hydroxide + industrial salt) of finished product, immerse it for 7 days, and observe whether there is rust, blistering or black spot.

Surface corrosion resistance

Take the acid and alkali brine test (sodium hydroxide + industrial salt) on raw materials and finished products, immerse them in acid and alkali test water for 7 days to observe whether there is corrosion on product surface.

Other defects, such as color difference, oil spots on iron surface, white spots on transparent film and so on, shall be controlled through the factory inspection of raw materials, manual feedback in the production process, and regular random inspection.

Accessories control for lids & bottoms

Sealability of EVA sealing ring: solvent resistance of EVA sealing ring test (butanone & toluene) Sampling inspection of EVA sealing rings arrival, it is firstly confirmed by the naked eye whether there are obvious quality problems, and then it is soaked in butanone toluene solvent, and the cycle is 7 days to test the tightness and elasticity as well as whether it is corroded.

EVA sealing ring joint: Automatic gluing machine is adopted in the production process to avoid the uncertainty of manual gluing. After the strip with naked eye observation method, confirm that the joint is firm, no cracking phenomenon.

Sealability of glue injection: The lid is dried by gas drying room, and the bottom is dried by electric heating drying room, which can have better stability. In terms of the stretch length of glue injection, attention should be paid to the quality of glue raw materials, glue ratio, control the width of glue spraying (amount of glue injection), and finally ensure the sealing of glue injection.


The warehouse is mainly divided into: raw material warehouse, accessories warehouse, equipment hardware warehouse, semi-finished products warehouse, finished products warehouse, defective goods warehouse, and sample warehouse.

Requirements for raw material warehouse:

Keep clean and dry, pay attention to damp proof, Ventilation cooling and damp reduction, set up separately.

Accessories warehouse & Hardware warehouse

Requirements for accessories hardware warehouse:

Pay attention to ventilation and keep dry, check and clean hardware regularly. Glue and sealing ring are greatly affected by temperature and humidity, should be stored in a dry, normal temperature environment.

Semi-finished products warehouse

Requirements for semi-finished products warehouses:

The semi-finished product warehouse is located near the workshop to facilitate further processing. Product name, specification and model should be indicated when storing.

Finished products warehouse

Requirements for finished products warehouses:

The setting of finished products warehouse needs the site to be clean and dry, which is conducive to product identification and delivery, and can be arranged regularly to avoid stacking confusion.

Defective goods warehouse

Sample warehouse

Requirements for sample warehouse:

Sample warehouse should not be set far away from the workshop to facilitate regular replacement of defective products, as well as the replacement of old and new products. Classified according to type and color, clearly marked, convenient for customers to visit. For redundant products in the sample room, neatly placed at the bottom of the display table.

Inventory data

Inventory management

This link requires warehousing officers to communicate with the staff of other departments. Lid packing

A whole piece of moistureproof paper on the pallet, 60 lids in a plastic bag, 24 plastic bags in a carton, a total of 1440 lids in a carton. Wrap a wrapping film around the packed 24 plastic bags. Cover the top of the product with a wrapping film, surround it with cardboard, add a cover plate on it, then add a wrapping film, and finally reinforce it with a wrapping belt.

A 20GP container holds 20 cartons with 28,800 lids, and a 40HQ container holds 40 cartons with 57,600 lids. Two layers are stacked up and down, and 4-6 bags of moistureproof agent are placed in each container.

Bottom packing

A whole piece of moistureproof paper on the pallet, 80 bottoms in a plastic bag, 48 plastic bags in a carton, a total of 3840 bottoms in a carton. Wrap a wrapping film around the packed 48 plastic bags. Cover the top of the product with a wrapping film, surround it with cardboard, add a cover plate on it, then add a wrapping film, and finally reinforce it with a wrapping belt.

A 20GP container holds 20 pallets with 76800 bottoms, and a 40HQ container holds 28 pallets with 107520 bottoms. Two layers are stacked up and down, and 4-6 bags of moistureproof agent are placed in each container.

Packing material

The plastic bags: wrap the products into each small package separately to prevent frictional damage during transportation and over-stack and crush the products.

The wrapped film: is made of PE with a width of 500 mm and a thickness of 0.025 mm. The average breaking tension is 8.7N.

This kind of wrapped film is easy to operate by hand, with strong stretchability, environmental protection, moistureproof, dustproof, corrosion-proof, anti-puncture, anti-tear and other characteristics, which can avoid the product loose, collapse and deformation during transportation.It is guaranteed that the film will not be pierced in the case of sharp cargo.

Moistureproof paper: uses plain rust-proof paper, which has high tensile strength and is not easy to be destroyed.

The function of damp-proof paper and damp-proof agent: Because the goods are transported by sea for a long time, they can absorb moisture and ensure that the goods won’t be damp.

The cover plate: The cover plate is made of plywood, 110*112 in size, 1cm in thickness and 4kg in weight, which is convenient for the products to be superimposed without crushing the underlying products.

The packing belt: The packing belt is made of PET model steel belt with a width of 16 mm, a thickness of 0.8 mm and a slight tensile strength of more than 250. This kind of packing belt has good economic benefit, good temperature resistance and low elongation. Its elongation is only one sixth of that of PP packing belt. It ensures that the tension force is not deformed and the toughness is good. The edge is not as sharp as the steel belt. It is safe to use and will not rust.

Pallets: Pallets are plywood or solid wood fumigated with a weight of 18 kgs and a size of 110*112.

Why the factory must have a quality management system?

Quality control, which is defined as "the general name of relevant personnel for operation technology and activities,product quality inspection,analysis, improvement and non-conforming product control after quality problems are found to meet the quality requirements."

Quality assurance ,which is defined as "all planned and systematic activities implemented in the quality management system and verified as required to provide sufficient trust to show that the entity can meet the quality requirements."

QC is the operation technology and activity to make products meet the quality requirements, including inspection, correction and feedback.

For example, QC will eliminate the defective products after inspection, and then feedback the defective information to relevant departments for improvement measures. Therefore, the control scope of QC is mainly in the factory. Its purpose is to prevent the input, transfer and delivery of unqualified products, to ensure that the products meet the quality requirements and only qualified products can be delivered to customers.

The purpose of QA is not to ensure product quality, but to provide assurance. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the whole process from understanding customer requirements to after-sales service, which requires the enterprise to establish a quality control system, formulate corresponding documents to regulate the activities of each process and leave evidence for the implementation of activities, so as to provide trust.

Quality inspection management process

Raw material inspection

Inspection before unloading. Before the raw materials are unloaded at the factory, the quantity shall be counted first, and the external packing shall be checked to see if there is any damage, oil stain, moisture, etc. Make sure everything is in good condition before unloading.

Warehouse in allocation and sub inspection, place raw materials in specific positions according to different materials, and record relevant data.

Test before production line , remove the outer packaging, cut off the head material, check the surface coating of raw materials.

On line inspection of semi-finished products

During on-line operation, the quality inspector shall observe whether there are serious indentations, scratches and other conditions on the surface of the product at any time.If the product does not meet the quality requirements, it shall be placed separately. To the size of the test using sampling inspection, measuring the product's outer diameter, inner diameter, countersunk height and so on.

Finished products off-line inspection

The quality inspection personnel carry out spot check on the product size, and observe the coating on the surface and whether there are rust spots, oil stains, glue injection and sealing of the rubber strip.

Before warehousing

Before warehousing, the quality inspection personnel carry out batch inspection on the products, and those with obvious damage and non-compliance are classified as defective products, those without scratch damage on the surface are classified as class A, and those with slight scratch are classified as class B.

Matching degree test of bottom cover and barrel

After the production of a batch of products, carry out spot check.

Here we usually use drop test, air tightness test and hydrostatic test.

Drop test:

According to the international UN standard, three tests are conducted. When the specific gravity of the container does not exceed 1.2, the drop height is 1.8m, 1.2m, 0.8m respectively. When the specific gravity of the container exceeds 1.2, the drop height is d*1.5m, d*1.0, d*0.67M respectively. D refers to the density specific gravity of the transported goods.

The criterion of qualification is that there is no leakage when the internal and external pressure reaches balance.

Air tightness test:

Conduct three tests, the pressure in the container is not less than 30KPa, not less than 20KPa and not less than 20KPa.

Hydrostatic test:

Conduct three tests, the pressure in the container is 250kPa, * 100KPA, * 100KPA respectively.

The basis for judging qualified is to keep no leakage for 5 minutes under the specified pressure.

Pre shipment inspection

Pre shipment inspection: before shipment, the products shall be inspected in our factory to confirm the quality of the goods.

The scope of inspection includes quality, quantity, package, mark and supervision. Check whether the size of the goods meets the requirements, and check whether the surface is scratched, greasy dirt, peeling off, etc. Whether the packaging is suitable for export transportation, and whether the product will be damaged by such packaging.

There are three inspection methods: customer inspection, third party inspection and factory inspection.

Customer inspection: before delivery, the buyer will send quality inspectors to our factory to check the quality and quantity of the products, and then deliver the products if they meet the requirements.

Third party inspection: it refers to the commodity conformity inspection and approval activities carried out by an independent third party (such as full-time supervision and inspection institution) outside the interests of the buyer and the seller, in an impartial, fair and authoritative non party capacity, in accordance with the relevant laws, standards, contracts and other basis recognized by both parties.

Factory inspection: our factory carries out various inspections on the goods before delivery.

Usually, when the customer can not come to the factory for inspection, we will carry out spot check on the goods at the packing site, and show the products to the customer through photos and videos.

Quality management test method

Testing tools and equipment

The main tools used for bottom and lid inspection are depth gauge and vernier caliper.

The buried depth shall be measured with a depth gauge.

The outer height, inner height, inner diameter dimension and outer diameter dimension of the lid,the width and thickness of rubber strip, the thickness of bottom edge, and the outer diameter and inner diameter of the round edge are measured with vernier caliper. The scratch, luster of lid and bottom are all tested by visual inspection.

cup crown test:

Before entering the factory, the raw materials shall be sampled for inspection, and the destroy cup crown test shall be conducted to observe whether there is membrane breaking or separation from the base material. After forming, the destroy cup crown test is carried out again to observe whether there is membrane breaking or separation from the substrate.

Quality management reagent test

Acid and alkali brine test of finished product (sodium hydroxide+industrial salt): Soak the bottom and lid of laminated steel in acid and alkali brine for 24 hours, test the corrosion resistance, observe the chemical reaction of PET film on iron and oil, and observe whether there is rust, blistering or black spot.

Acid and alkali brine test (sodium hydroxide+industrial salt): before raw materials entering the factory:cut a section of laminated steel soaked in acid and alkali brine for 24 hours, test the corrosion resistance, observe the chemical reaction of PET film on iron and oil, and observe whether there is rust, blistering or black spot.

Solvent resistance of EVA sealing ring test (butanone toluene): Soak the EVA sealing ring in solvents such as butanone and toluene for 24 hours to observe if there is any change in the EVA sealing ring and test its chemical stability.

Immersion test: Soak the bottom and lid in the oil for 24 hours to see if the oil corrodes the PET film and rubber strip.

Solvent resistance test of finished products: Soak the bottom and lid of laminated steel in 20% and 40% toluene for 7 days respectively, and observe whether there are blistering, film removal and other phenomena.

Laboratory + testing room

Set up a national recognized laboratory, with raw material testing laboratory, product testing laboratory, spectrum analysis room and a number of large-scale precision testing instruments, which can test product quality from multiple angles.

Research and development innovation

Carry out research on green packaging and metal corrosion, adapt to market changes, find new materials, new processes and new technologies.

After-sales service content

First, accept users' opinions

Accept the consultation of user's telephone, fax, email, etc., reply or handle the opinion within 2 hours, and store the corresponding information in the user's maintenance database.

Second, visit regularly

Regularly take the initiative to visit the user, understand the use of the product and form a visit or remote contact.

Third, information feedback

Collect quality information, fill in "information feedback sheet" and report to after-sales service department to provide information reserve for maintaining customer information.

Fourth, the delayed delivery policy

1.If the delivery date is extended due to the shortage of raw materials, the failure of factory equipment, local environmental protection policies and other problems, we should communicate with the customer of the order in the first time. Under the condition that both parties negotiate and unify and do not affect the customer's receipt of the goods, we can achieve an appropriate delay or arrange shipment between different models.

2.In case of delayed arrival of goods due to various objective factors in the process of sea transportation, if conditions permit, another batch of goods shall be urgently reissued for emergency, and sea transportation or air transportation can be selected after negotiation and unification of both parties.

3.In case of omission or loss of goods due to objective reasons in the process of transportation, we should lodge an appeal and claim to the shipping company and the insurance company as soon as possible, and negotiate with the customer on the way to remedy the goods. The response time shall not exceed 24 hours.

Fifth, the goods quality problems and handling policies for use difficulties

All goods sold by our company shall be inspected before shipment and attached with the factory certificate. In case of any quality problem after acceptance at the port, it shall be replaced according to the product quality compensation document (except for the quality problem caused by human factors or irresistible natural phenomena).

1.Users can consult relevant technical problems (before and during use) through after-sales telephone and get clear solutions.

2.In case of product performance failure during normal use, the company promises to replace the service. In addition, if there are other clear provisions in the applicable national laws and regulations, the company will follow the relevant laws and regulations.

As long as we fail to meet the requirements in any of the following aspects, we will accept customer complaints.

1.When the customer opened the package, he found that the appearance of the product was damaged, broken film, oil stain, non-compliance with regulations, wrong delivery or less delivery.

2.When the product is used on line, it can't match the barrel body very well, can't be sealed tightly, and the sealing performance of rubber strip is not good.

3.The product is officially put into use, rust and bulge are found on the bottom or cover within one month.
